2021 was another challenging year of adjusting to life in a pandemic, lockdowns, remote working, and changing industry regulations.
It’s therefore gratifying to have our efforts to continue to provide outstanding service to our advisers and customers recognised at the recent AFA Life Company of the Year Awards.
NEOS won the Service Quality award, the Underwriting Team of the Year (for the third time), the BDM/Support Team of the Year (for the second time) and the award for Critical Illness Cover.
In addition to the awards we received, we were also finalists in the Term/TPD and Income Protection categories, and for the prestigious Overall Platinum Award for Life Company of the Year.
We’re excited to be counted among the industry’s best, to have increased the number of awards we received from last year, and we’re really proud of our people. It’s only through their passion and commitment that we’ve achieved this.
Importantly, it’s worth mentioning that the AFA service awards are voted for by advisers. We appreciate the support advisers have shown NEOS and we’re delighted that we’re able to re-pay that support by setting a new standard for service in our industry. We’ll keep working hard to live up to this standard.
