Increased mandatory medical limits

We’re making it even easier to work with NEOS Protection!

Thanks to adviser feedback from the NEOS Back to Business roadshows last month, we’ve increased our mandatory medical limits on NEOS Protection to save you time and streamline your advice process.

Effective today, 11 March 2026, clients can now apply for the following without mandatory medical requirements:

• Up to $15,000 per month in Income Support Cover across all ages
• Up to $3m in Life and TPD Cover for ages under 50 (for BMIs <30)
• Up to $1.5m in Life Cover for ages 50 and over; and
• Up to $1.5m in TPD Cover for ages 50 to 54, and $1.25m for ages 55 and over.

These changes mean more clients can now be approved straight through, without tests or delays.
