In October 2021, Ben Hyde’s life changed in an instant. He was hit by a car travelling over 160 kilometres an hour. His car caught fire, and he survived only thanks to the quick actions of bystanders. Ben sustained severe burns, multiple fractures, and a traumatic brain injury that still affects him today.
